After placing your order, it will be ready within 15 minutes for express pickup.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you need to make a change to your order when you get to the pickup counter, we will accommodate to the best of our ability. However, we cannot have a consultation or allow you to make selections at the pickup counter. If you need to ask questions or wish to inspect the products to make a decision, please visit the sales counter.
Where do I pick up my order?
At our Ramona, CA location, after check in, let the receptionist know you are picking up an express pick up order.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Only the member placing the order or the member caregiver will be allowed to pick up the order
